Under the motto of “Creating Success in the Native American Workplace”, KIVA brings together Native professionals and featured speakers from throughout Indian Country to share their experiences, provide tips on dealing with everyday challenges, and enhance career development. This a great opportunity to network with others and learn to manage the special and unique challenges of working in tribal organizations and communities. Day three of the conference will focus on building the foundation of your professional and personal success with a reflection on goals and the identification of objectives to boost your career.

#APKIVACON is held annually in April to coincide with Administrative Professionals' Day. This event is tailored to fit the needs of Administrative Professionals and their supervisors.
KIVA hosts an Annual Indigenous Fashion Night assembled by Cora Kay Productions. This event is free to conference attendees.
Each morning begins with a Morning Stretch and Walk. Participants receive a small gift for attending.

LUCINDA HUGHES-JUAN AWARD
Thank you for your interest! KIVA's goal in establishing this award in memory of Lucinda Hughes-Juan is to recognize Administrative Professionals who are the front-line ambassadors to customers, clients, stakeholders, and others. The importance of their work is often understated and underappreciated.

Conference Information & KIVA's 2024 Indigenous Fashion Night
#APKIVACON 2024 will be held at the Santa Ana Resort and Casino, just north of Albuquerque, NM on I-25.
In conjunction, the 2024 Indigenous Fashion Night, assembled by Cora Kay Productions, will be held Wednesday, April 24th, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., with doors opening at 6:30. Tickets are limited.
