KIVA Institute, LLC is a 100% Native American owned and operated company dedicated to “Building Capacity in Indian Country”®. Founded in 2005, KIVA offers a range of services to promote capacity building for Indian tribes and tribal organizations.
KIVA was established to provide specialized and customized training and consulting services to tribal nations on all aspects of Public Law 93-638, the Indian Self-Determination & Education Assistance Act, and related programs. KIVA`s staff and associates have over 75 years of combined insight and experience of P.L. 93-638. We take pride in being Indian Country`s authority on P.L. 93-638. Our areas of expertise include tribal governance, economic development, construction planning and design, master land use planning, strategic planning, investment counseling; and alternative and renewable energy development.
Founded in 2005, KIVA Institute, LLC is a Native American owned and operated company dedicated to "Building Capacity in Indian Country". In addition to working with various funding agencies, our program knowledge, services, and seminars also address the cross-cutting issues and needs of tribally chartered and non-profit organizations. We are Indian Country's authority on the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act. We are Natives helping Natives.
